“KEUN SUK 24TH BIRTHDAY PROJECT”

Hi eels~~~

Jang Keun Suk’s birthday is around the corner and we are going to celebrate his birthday for the first time. Aren’t you excited? We are, definitely! It is our pleasure to extend this invitation to all eels to join us in Keun Suk’s Birthday projects.

There are 2 Birthday projects:

1) Birthday card
2) Birthday celebration gathering and video shooting

1) BIRTHDAY CARD

This is open to all eels on first come first serve basis. We are giving Keun Suk a Birthday card with a message

“KEUN SUK HAPPY 24TH BIRTHDAY”

Simple?? Guess again. We require 24 eels to pick 1 alphabet from the wordings “KEUN SUK HAPPY 24TH BIRTHDAY”. Draw / print the 1 alphabet you choose on a piece of A4 size paper. You can design it using your own creativity. Once you are done, take a picture of you holding the alphabet. Email the picture to crij_msia@hotmail.com and we will combine all the alphabets we receive from other eels to form the wordings “KEUN SUK HAPPY 24TH BIRTHDAY” on the Birthday Card.

That is not it. You can also attach your personal birthday wishes to Keun Suk. ^^

You can only choose 1 alphabet. We will notify you on the alphabet availability on 20th July 2010, after the deadline.

Message size : not exceeding 30 words
Mode of message : printing or handwritten. For handwritten, please write it on a plain paper (white background) with the size of 8cmX5cm. Scan and email it to crij_msia@hotmail.com
Language : English or Hangul

Deadline for participation confirmation : 19th July 2010

(As there are only 20 alphabets available, the confirmation of participation is given on first come first serve basis. Kindly email your confirmation of participation to crij_msia@hotmail.com with details of your name, contact number and your chosen alphabet. We will only accept confirmation through email and NOT message send to Cri Jang Keun Suk Malaysia website or Facebook. We will confirm your participation and your chosen alphabet on 20th July 2010. Upon successful participation, you are required to email us your photo and Birthday message the lastest by 23rd July 2010.

2) BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION, GATHERING & VIDEO SHOOTING

This is a simple gathering with cake cutting ceremony and video shooting of your individual birthday wishes to Keun Suk. We will then edit, burn the video into a DVD and send it to Keun Suk. ^^

The details of gathering are as follow:

Date : 24th July 2010 (Saturday)

Time : 3pm – 5pm

Venue : Burger King, Ground Floor, Avenue K (opposite KLCC)

Activities :

i) Get to know among all eels (this is the first gathering of CRIJM ^^)
ii) Cake cutting
iii) Video shooting of individual Birthday wishes to Keun Suk.
iv) Group picture taking for Keun Suk’s Birthday card

Video shooting : 20 seconds per person.

Deadline for participation confirmation : 19th July 2010 (kindly email to crij_msia@hotmail.com for confirmation with details of your name and contact number.)

For eels who miss the Birthday card project, you can still have your picture and Birthday wishes send to Keun Suk by attending the gathering as we will tag your name to the group photo. The requirement for Birthday wishes are as follow :

As you know, there are expenses occur for both projects. As such, we will need to get some fund contribution from eels who participate the project(s) for the cost of courier charges, Birthday Cake (special order with Keun Suk’s picture on it) and stationeries for the Birthday Card. The contribution amount is RM10 per person and any additional funds will be used to purchase a small gift to Keun Suk. This fund is excluding food ordering on gathering day as food is on self order basis at Burger King. The contribution is based on head count and not project basis, meaning should you participate in both projects, you will only pay RM10 and not RM20.

Please take note that this fund is purely for Keun Suk’s Birthday project and not for our own profit purposes. We will produce the receipts of purchases upon request. Bank details for bank in will be emailed to you upon confirmation of participation and deadline for payments is on 23rd July 2010.

Although it not confirm yet
However enthusiastic fan club in Hong Kong (SukStar Forum) have begun preparations for the relief plan !!
And welcome all Asian Keun Suk fans club to join this project.

Project Title: Asia Cooperate Keun Suk Heart Plan

Project Subject :
In 2010, Korea’s most beautiful actors – Jang Keun Suk just began his first Asian tour fan meeting,
after complete the Korea, Taiwan, Beijing and Singapore, he should be come to Hong Kong.
In order to make a special gift to Keun Suk, will unite/ gather around the fans club,
folding a big bottle of paper heart to him, hearts will be written on each paper the name of a fan,
and this gift will be given on Hong Kong fan meeting, it also represents our own love to him.

Rules to join :

1. To fold the heart

2. Make sure the Heart shape will in between 8cm after folded it
(Paper size will be around 16cm x 7.5cm)

3. Middle/ center of the Heart can write your name ( any language also can )

Dear eels,

Remember the fandom meeting with Cri J several weeks ago where I arranged for representatives?
That said representative extended Cri J’s question regarding whether the international eels would want to join the movie shooting project, where they would support Sukkie and the filming staff. It’s my fault really for not organizing this because I thought the food bus project is a done deal, and that it would represent all eels, Korean and international. Turned out that’s not the case.

Cri J said they want to collect the fandoms’ opinion, and if possible, to divide the roles. As an example, Fandom A would take care of the rice cake, Fandom B would make the photo book, Fandom C would order the BBQ for food bus, etc. Every fandom has its own capabilities, and they asked us what do we want to take part in.

Even though the deadline for this is May 20, but we’re still given time to submit our ideas.

Calling All Official Eels that will attend the Singapore FM

Hi, eels!

As you know, Jang Keun Suk will hold a fan meeting in Singapore as a part of his Asia tours in April.

From what we have been hearing, there&rsquos a lot of international eels from all over the countries who would like to attend the Fan Meeting it, especially from Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and other nearby countries.

So far the information we have is the tickets will not be sold online which presents a huge problem for us, eels, who reside out of Singapore. We are planning to make a special request to Tree-J about it. We are looking for Official Eels (who are a full member of JKS official website) because we really need your support to carry this out.
